Lent invites us into the ancient practices of penance and preparation; penance as we lament the brokenness of the human condition; and preparation as we ready our hearts to receive the mystery of resurrection at Easter. Michael Enseki-Frank will serve as our Lenten candle liturgist, reflecting on this year&#8217;s theme, &#8220;Everything in Between: Meeting God in the Midst of Extremes.&#8221; Rev. Sam will offer a time with our children. The St. Alban&#8217;s boys choir, including Brendan McFerran, will serve as our musical guests. Abby Goodman-Johnson will lead us in a responsive reading adapted from Psalm 91, and Ryan McFerran will serve as our scripture readers with focus text from Luke 10:25-37 (The Good Samaritan). Rev. Amanda will preach. We will also join in the prayers of the people.
