Join us at 10:30 in the sanctuary or on Zoom this Homecoming Sunday as we greet old friends and welcome newcomers to worship together. Jim Riker will call us to worship with a reflection on our fall worship theme, “The Realm of God.” Rev. Sam will lead a time with our children as we kick-off a new year of faith formation. Abby Goodman-Johnson will lead us in a responsive reading from Psalm 103 (bless the Lord, O my soul). Our focus scripture comes from Exodus 14:19-31 (escape through the Red Sea). Rev. Amanda will preach. The First Church Choir will sing the anthem “Make My Life an Alleluia” under the direction of Dennis Turner. Michael Hopkins will accompany the service on percussion. We will also share in prayers of the people. Join us!
