Join us at 10:30 in the sanctuary or click here to join us by Zoom as we mark the fourth Sunday in Advent, meditating on the theme “How does a Weary World Rejoice?” Dennis Turner will light the candle of Love. Alisa Tanaka-Dodge and Leela Koilpillai will serve as our scripture readers with focus texts from Isaiah 40:1-11 (Comfort, O Comfort my people) and Luke 1:46-55 (Magnificat). Rev. Amanda will preach. The First Church Choir will sing the anthem, “And the Glory of the Lord.” The Gabrieli Brass Quintet will serve as our musical guests, and we will lift our voices to sing familiar carols. We will also share in the prayers of the people. Join us on this holy morning of Christmas Eve.
