Worship with our Young Adults this Sunday

Join us at 10:30 in the sanctuary or click here to join us by Zoom this Sunday as our Young Adults lead us in worship, reflecting on the life, ministry, and legacy of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Katie Koza will offer a moving prelude on violin. Abby Goodman-Johnson will call us to worship with a personal reflection. Kevin Anderson will lead us in a prayer of confession and words of assurance. Patrick Darling-LaGamma, Michael Enseki-Frank, and MJ Thayer will serve as scripture readers with focus texts from Amos 5:18-24 (let justice roll) and Luke 11:5-8 (a knock in the night). Witness & Wonder, including Casey Capsambelis, Abigail Cipparone, Katie Koza, and Reshmina William, will provide special music with “A Short Walk Through this Life.” Sarah McKinnis will read the words of Dr. King from his sermon “A Knock at Midnight.” Thaddaeus Elliott will offer the gift of testimony. We will share in the prayers of the people. Rev. Laura Simmons will offer the benediction and Reshmina William will provide the postlude. Join us!
