If alcohol is to be served, you are responsible for getting the approval of the Church Council to do so. You must also obtain a temporary liquor license from the ABRA.

If you do not have a church member volunteering to run AV for your event, it may be possible to hire an AV engineer to do so ($120 minimum). This would then be charged to your commission’s line item in the budget.
