This is the time at which the inner G Street doors would be scheduled to lock, IF you indicated that they needed to be unlocked.

This is the time at which the outer G Street doors and parking level lobby doors would be scheduled to be locked. IF you indicated that they needed to be unlocked.

The garage is open to all incoming traffic, Monday through Friday, 5:30 am - 11:00 pm, and Sundays, 8:30 am - 1:30 pm. Attendees who are parked in the garage can always exit. Do you need to have the garage open outside of these hours to people who do not have building access cards? Please note that additional garage hours cost us $40 per hour with a four-hour minimum.

Please enter state abbreviation, e.g. DC for District of Columbia

If alcohol is to be served, you are responsible for getting the approval of the Church Council to do so. You must also obtain a temporary liquor license from the ABRA.

Please describe how you would like the room setup in terms of chairs, tables, lectern, etc.

Please describe what you will need regarding A/V equipment: quantity and type of microphones, projection, etc.

If you do not have a church member volunteering to run AV for your event, it may be possible to hire an AV engineer to do so ($120 minimum). This would then be charged to your commission’s line item in the budget.
